To create an account we use your name, your company name and company email address. We don\u2019t use your email address within the mobile application. We will also collect information as it relates to your use of the platform. For example, we collect information when you download our mobile application(s) and the versions used.<\/p>\n

Through your use of the Services, you will also provide us information to facilitate your coaching experience. For example, you will be asked to complete several surveys that will allow you to gain insight into your values, personal characteristics and happiness. To facilitate a robust and meaningful coaching experience, both you and your coach will have access to your survey responses. Your company will not have access to your personal survey responses. We will provide reports to your company where we de-identify the data and provide summary information.<\/p>\n

We may also collect information such as your coaching platform usage, insight module assignments planned and completed, engagement status, session ratings, and any other information you choose to provide in conjunction with the Services. You may be asked to provide your opinions on the quality of coaching sessions. We will not share with your employer your survey responses or personal information you share with our platform or with your coach.
